“MAGIC PRUNECOT PIE” IS IN:

MAGIC PRUNECOT PIE 
1 (14 oz. can) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
grated rind of 1/2 lemon or 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 cup cooked prunes, finely cut
3/4 cup cooked apricots, finely cut
1/2 cup whipping cream
baked pie shell (9-inch)

Blend sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon rind or lemon extract. Stir until thickened.

Fold in prunes and apricots, Pour into baked pie shell.

Cover with whipped cream. Chill.

Makes a 9-inch pie.
