2/3 cup Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 cup your-choice fruit

USE ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING FRUITS:

1 cup drained, crushed pineapple
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 bananas, cut in small cubes

Mix sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and grated lemon rind.

Stir until mixture thickens. Add desired fruit.

Note: May be thinned with water to any desired consistency.

Serve with cottage pudding.

Makes about 2 cups.
