ITALIAN SPINACH QUICHE 
1/2 pkg. spinach
1/4 lb. chopped Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 chopped clove garlic
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. grated Italian cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil
3/4 c. anicipepe pasta

In small pot boil spinach and chop and anicipepe pasta 10 minutes. Drain. In small glass pie dish spread 1/4 stick melted butter and sprinkle 1/4 cup bread crumbs evenly.

Saute 1/4 stick butter with onions, garlic. Beat eggs.

Combine all ingredients. Pour into pie dish. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Quick, easy dish.
