CLAM - SHRIMP SPREAD | |
1 can chopped clams 1 can shrimp 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. garlic powder Mix all ingredients together to spreading consistency. Before adding clams & shrimp drain and save liquid. Add liquid until it is the right consistency for spreading on crackers. You don't want it too soupy. It is better if you make it ahead and refrigerate overnight. Remove and leave at room temperature 1 hour before serving. I use either seasoned Rye-Krisp or bagel chips for the crackers. |
