BANANA SALAD 
6 bananas, sliced
1/2 to 3/4 c. salted peanuts

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten lightly
3 1/2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. butter

Cook dressing 3 to 5 minutes and chill. Slice bananas and pour dressing over bananas and peanuts when ready to serve.

I made the banana salad! But, I mixed the cooled dressing in 8oz of cool whip. It was so creamy! I could have licked my bowl, it was that good!
