BANANA SALAD 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar, add after cooked
6-10 bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
Lump of butter
Crushed peanuts

Mix brown sugar, egg, white sugar, and water in pan. Cook on low heat. Stir constantly until it boils. Add vinegar, butter, and vanilla. Slice bananas, lengthwise in a shallow dish and sprinkle with peanuts. After dressing is cooled, spread over bananas.
