MOM'S BANANA SALAD 
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cream
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. flour
6 to 8 bananas
1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
Sm. bag mini marshmallows

Combine eggs, sugar, cream, vinegar and flour in a double boiler and cook until it thickens. Stirring constantly. Set aside and let partly cool. Slice a layer of bananas in bottom of dish, then a layer marshmallows, nuts, cooled dressing. Repeat. End with nuts. You should have 2 to 3 complete layers.
