RHUBARB CRUNCH BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. sifted flour
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix together and pat into ungreased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

2 eggs
2 c. cut rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs until fluffy. Gradually add dry ingredients. Add rhubarb. Pour mixture over crust and bake for 35 minutes.
