BANANA SALAD | |
1/2 c. water 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. vinegar pinch of salt cream 1 tbsp. butter bananas peanuts (chopped) Combine sugar, flour, and salt in sauce pan. Mix well. Add eggs, vinegar, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. You could add some yellow food coloring while cooking if so desired. Take from heat and add butter. Let cool in refrigerator. Cream can be added to thin and make smooth after mixture has cooled. Layer sliced bananas and mixture until gone. Top with peanuts. |
