APRICOT MARMALADE 
1 lb. dried apricots
3 lbs. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
3 or 4 oranges

Soak apricots overnight, after cutting in small pieces. Use juice of oranges. Cut all white and pulp from orange skin, then put rind through food chopper. Put all together in kettle and cook about 25 minutes.

Ladle into hot 1/2 pint jars and process in boiling water bath for ten minutes.
