BANANA - PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD 
1 box lemon Jello (sm.)
1 box orange Jello (sm.)
1 (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
2 bananas, chopped fine

SAUCE:

1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
Add water to make 1 c.
1 tsp. poppy seed
Shredded cheese on top

2 cups boiling water over powdered Jello. Add 1 1/2 cups cool water. Let cool until thick. Chop banana fine. Add to Jello. Add crushed pineapple, save juice. Refrigerate.

Sauce: Add flour, butter, sugar and beaten egg. Stir until blended. Add 1 cup pineapple juice (water). Cook until thick. Add poppy seed spread top Jello. Add shredded cheese.
