PINEAPPLE LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
18 marshmallows (4 c. mini marshmallows)
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. cream, whipped
1 c. dry cheese, shredded
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Melt marshmallows in Jello. Add pineapple juice with enough water to make 1 cup liquid. When it begins to congeal add whipped cream and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until set.
