PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 sm. lime Jello
1 c. warm water
1 c. pecans
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Have cream cheese softened and whip together with sugar. Add can of crushed pineapple. Heat in a saucepan until it bubbles. Dissolve Jello in water and add heated cream cheese mixture. Cool in refrigerator until set. Add Cool Whip and pecans. Return to refrigerate and let set.
