PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD 
1 family size strawberry Jello
1 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatin
1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
1 - 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Make Jello using pineapple juice and water. Dissolve envelope of Knox gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Immediately pour into hot Jello and mix. Pour mixture into cake pan. When cool put in refrigerator to partially gel. In a bowl mix cream cheese and crushed pineapple. Add mixture to partially gelled Jello and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle top with chopped walnuts. Let gel until firm.
