SHRIMP APPETIZER SPREAD 
1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cans cocktail-size shrimp, cut up
Few sprigs parsley as garnish
Assorted crackers

Soften 1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add to 1 cup hot undiluted tomato soup. Soften 8 oz. package cream cheese and add to hot soup and gelatin mixture. Add 1 cup mayonnaise and blend with beater until smooth. Add 1/2 cup chopped celery and 1/4 cup chopped onion. Add 2 cans shrimp, cut up. Pour into mold and chill overnight or 6 to 8 hours.

When firm, unmold and garnish with parsley. Serve as spread for assorted crackers.
