HOT SHRIMP APPETIZER 
4 oz. (3/4 c.) shrimp
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. chili sauce or catsup

Peel and devein shrimp. Cook in boiling salted water until opaque. Drain and chop shrimp. In saucepan, combine all ingredients except shrimp. Cook over medium heat until heated and bubbly. Add shrimp and cook 1 minute. Serve over assorted crackers. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
