1 (10 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 lb. mild sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of salt and pepper

Brown sausage. Drain off fat. Add Velveeta and melt at low temperature. When cheese is melted, add pizza sauce and remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Serve on party rye or mini bagels.

NOTE: These can be frozen. Spread about 1 tablespoon of sausage mixture on a slice of party rye. Freeze on cookie sheets. After they are frozen they can be put into Ziploc bags. To serve: bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Serve hot.
