2 lbs ground beef 1/4 cup chopped onion 4 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/8 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups catsup 2/3 cup water Mix uncooked ground beef and water. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour in a heavy saucepan. Remove from heat and add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar. Serve it over your favorite hot dog and enjoy!!!! Submitted by: Mel | |

Not only was this recipe easy peasy, but it tastes great. Love how the flavors mesh well and favorite of our little kids and our college kids alike. Not to mention a big hit at the work pitch ins. I make multiple batches of this recipe and freeze it in different size containers. Then it is ready for D&D night with my son in law or for a small meal for our family.
