RHUBARB JIFFY DELIGHT 
4 c. rhubarb cut in pieces
1 sm. pkg. Jello (strawberry, raspberry, cherry)
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. butter

Put rhubarb in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle sugar, then Jello, then cake mix (dry) over rhubarb. Then dribble water and melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
