CURRIED SHRIMP SPREAD 
2 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced celery

Rinse shrimp; soak in ice water 20 minutes. Drain well; set aside.

Combine mayonnaise and curry powder; stir until blended. Fold in shrimp, green pepper and celery. Chill. Yield: 1 2/3 cups.
