SHRIMP SPREAD APPETIZER 
1 lb. sm. cooked shrimp
2 sticks unsalted butter, creamed
1/2 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

In a blender, gradually puree the shrimp. Slowly add butter and seasonings. Blend until smooth. Serve on crackers or garlic toast.

Variations: You may use crab meat.
