GOAT CHEESE AND PESTO SPREAD 
French baguette
6 oz. goat cheese
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. pesto
dash or two of garlic powder
dried basil
tomato slices (optional)

Cut French bread into slices and set aside.

Mix cheese, oil, pesto and garlic powder in a bowl with a spoon until combined.

Spread mixture on bread and sprinkle dried basil over the top.

Note: If you have tomatoes add a thin slice of tomato to top of each piece.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
