HERB CHEESE SPREAD 
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, at room temperature
4 tbsp. dairy sour cream
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, at room temperature
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. basil, chopped
2 tbsp. chives, chopped
1 to 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

In a bowl add softened butter, dairy sour cream, and cream cheese. Add minced garlic and herbs and mix together well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cover with Saran or plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator and allow to chill.
