BEEF BRISKET BARBEQUE 
4-5 lb. well-trimmed boneless beef brisket
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1/4 tsp. pepper

Rub meat with salt. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour on meat. Cover tightly with heavy duty aluminum foil. Bake in 325 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender.
