GREEN BEANS WITH BACON 
2 slices bacon, chopped
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 1/3 c. cooked or canned green beans
1/3 c. bean stock
1/4 tsp. salt

Brown bacon lightly. Add onion and green pepper; cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until onion is golden. Remove from heat. Add beans, bean stock and salt; simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated. Serve hot. Yield: 4 servings.
