MOM'S DEVILED EGGS
12 large eggs
1 cup Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise, but that's less preferred)
1 tbsp. regular mustard
1 tbsp. white vinegar
paprika, for sprinkling

Place eggs in a single layer in a large pot and fill with cold water until the eggs are completely covered. Place on a burner on high until the water reaches a boil, then turn the heat down to medium. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

While the eggs are simmering, prepare a large bowl of ice water for the eggs to cool down in. When the eggs are done, turn off the heat and pull them out one at a time and place them into the ice water. Cool for at least 20 minutes, or until room temperature.

Peel and halve the eggs from top to bottom. Scoop out the yolk into a medium mixing bowl. Beat the yolks with an electric mixer on high until smooth. Add Miracle Whip, mustard and vinegar, mix well. Spoon the mix into each egg white half, dust with paprika, and serve.
