“MAXINE'S DEVILED EGGS” IS IN:

MAXINE'S DEVILED EGGS 
12 hard boiled eggs
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. table salt
4 tsp. yellow mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
paprika, to finish

Let eggs cool completely. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Separate the yolks from the whites and place the yolks into a bowl. Set the whites aside.

Add mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, mustard, and pepper to the egg yolks. Mash until smooth.

Spoon about one heaping teaspoon of the yolk mixture back into the cavity of the egg whites.

Lightly sprinkle with paprika.

Makes 24 deviled eggs.
