BREAKFAST DEVILED EGGS
5 eggs
3 slices bacon, chopped
2 tbsp. cream cheese
2 tbsp. Monterrey jack (or other meltable cheese)
1 tbsp. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. butter
gravy (optional)

Hard boil eggs and then cool until firm.

Chop bacon into bits and cook about half done, drain drippings, add tablespoon of butter, dairy sour cream and cream cheese to bacon and slowly melt. When melted and smooth, add mashed egg yolks, stir and let cool.

Stuff eggs and serve.

Note: Variations of meat can be used, sausage, ham, etc. Some sausage gravy or white gravy spooned on top when served is a nice compliment to these eggs.
