NEW ENGLAND DEVILED EGGS | |
1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. ground mustard mayonnaise Put eggs into a pot of water. Bring water to a boil. Keep water at a boil for exactly 17 minutes. Drain hot water. Fill with cool water. Remove the shell when egg is cool. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove egg yoke and put into separate bowl. Add in mayonnaise to your liking. Stir in paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, celery salt, and ground mustard until well mixed. Put yoke mixture back into yoke hole. Sprinkle with paprika. Enjoy! I did add "Mount Olive's Sweet Pickle Relish" to my taste and
French's Honey Mustard. I only added a few sprinkles of the cayenne - just enough that you barely know its there.....This is outstanding. It will always be my go to recipe for Deviled Eggs. Thanks for sharing...
