MOMMA'S DEVILED EGGS 
eggs
mayonnaise
celery
dill relish
paprika

Boil eggs, submerge in cold water for approximately 15-20 minutes. Slice eggs in half, putting yolks into a large mixing bowl.

Chop celery into small dice, add to yolks in bowl.

Strain relish with a fork, add a few scoops of it to bowl. Add mayonnaise, to your desired creaminess.

Combine all together and add to egg. Add paprika, if desired.
