CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
1 stick (8 tbsp.) butter, melted
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. cooked rice
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. bell pepper, chopped (if you like it)
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole with butter. Mix all ingredients together. Place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
