CORN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can cream corn
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. or 1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Accent, if desired
Cheese grated on top

Mix all together. Put in casserole dish. Put grated cheese on top. Cover. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
