YVONNE'S CORN DISH 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
2 cans cream corn
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. can pimentos

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add remaining ingredients and place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
