CORN BREAD DISH 
1 stick of butter
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can kernel corn and use juice also
1 box corn muffin mix

Melt butter and mix with eggs (beaten), sour cream, both corn and muffin mix in bowl, pour into ungreased 8 x 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. You may put tiny bits of green peppers about 1/4 cup.
