TUNNIE'S CORN BREAD 
3/4 c. corn meal
1/4 c. honey
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. butter
1 c. rice flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten

Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry. Stir just until moistened. Bake in greased loaf pan at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until bread springs back to touch.
