CORN BREAD MUFFINS 
1 3/4 c. flour
7/8 c. corn meal
2/3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients together. In separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Blend all ingredients and mix well. Spoon mixture into greased muffin tin.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with honey butter.

Honey Butter: Whip 8 ounces of butter and 4 ounces of honey together. Serve in decorative tub.
