CORN BREAD MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cornmeal
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
5 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add cornmeal. Add egg, milk and melted butter. Beat until smooth. Bake in greased muffin pan for 12 to 15 minutes.
