CORN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar diced pimento
3/4 stick butter
1 egg, beaten
1 c. Minute rice
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 lg. cans cream style corn
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Add other ingredients, mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
