BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (No. 2) can cream style corn
1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn
1 sm. can pimento, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. rolled cracker crumbs
1 c. grated American cheese
Salt, pepper and red pepper to taste
2/3 c. milk

Combine all ingredients, mix well and pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
