BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Dash pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is browned.
