BAKED CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 can cream style corn 1 stick butter, cut up 8 oz. sour cream 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix Combine all ingredients until well blended. Pour into 9 inch square glass baking dish. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
