BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown on top.
