OLD FASHIONED BEAN SOUP 
1 lb. dried beans (soup)
1 ham bone
1 c. leftover ham
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 potatoes, diced
1/4 c. chopped onions

Soak beans overnight, then drain. Cook with ham bone for 2 hours in 2 quart water; add potatoes, ham, onions, seasonings. Simmer until potato are done.
