BRAISED SPARERIBS 
3 lbs. spareribs
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sliced onion
1 can tomatoes
1 tsp. mustard

Put spareribs in oven at 400 degrees until brown. Make a sauce of other ingredients; pour over ribs. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until tender. Serve with the sauce.
