MICROWAVE BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
2 - 2 1/2 lbs. spare ribs
2 tbsp. instant onion flakes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (opt.)

4 servings. Cut ribs into serving size. Arrange in large microwave dish. Cook, covered with wax paper on 70 (Roast) 28 minutes. Turn over and re- arrange halfway through cooking. Drain off fat.

In small bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Generously spoon sauce on ribs. Cook, covered with wax paper on 70 (Roast) 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Total cooking time: 36 to 38 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
