MICROWAVE SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lbs. cubed lean pork
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)

Toss pork and cornstarch in 2 quart glass bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, except for pepper. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on "roast" for 25 minutes. Stir in pepper. Re-cover and cook on "roast" for 5-10 minutes or until fork tender. Let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
