BISQUICK FRUIT COBBLER 
1 can (21 oz.) fruit pie filling, any flavor
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. dairy sour cream

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 1 quart casserole. Heat pie filling to boiling in 1 quart saucepan. Pour into casserole. Mix remaining ingredients until dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto hot pie filling.

Bake until biscuits are golden brown, about 20 minutes. Serve warm with sweetened whipped cream if desired. 6 servings.

This is just the kind of recipe I like, easy, open ended and flexible. I fix this, in one form or another all the time, even camping! You should have ice cream on the list of ingredients, when you pull this cobbler out of the oven; you're going to want it!
