ROASTED SPARERIBS 
1 tbsp. salt (less if desired)
1 tbsp. celery seed
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. paprika
2 lbs. spareribs
1 lb. can tomato soup
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix together first 4 ingredients and rub over spareribs. Mix vinegar and tomato soup and pour over meat. Roast several hours basting every so often. 350 oven. Use roast pan with lid.
