“PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD” IS IN:

PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD 
1 egg, beaten
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (Carnation)
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated (may use mild cheese, if desired)
1 small jar chopped pimento
1/2 pint mayonnaise

Beat egg and milk; heat it but do not let boil. Add grated cheese. When melted, remove from heat. Add pimento. Let cool. Beat in mayonnaise one tablespoon at a time with electric mixer.

Makes 1 quart.
