“PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD” IS IN:

PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD 
1 egg, beaten
1 (5 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated (may use mild cheese)
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
1 cup mayonnaise

Beat egg and evaporated milk; heat it but do not boil. Add grated cheese. When melted, remove from heat. Add chopped pimento. Let cool. Beat in mayonnaise, one tablespoon at a time, with electric mixer.

Makes one quart and will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
